Who should take your supplements?

Our dietary supplements are suitable for those of you who are in a period where fertility, hormones and long-term health feel extra important – for example, when you are planning a pregnancy, going through a fertility journey or want to get more structure in your everyday life around diet and nutrition.

We are aimed at women and men who want a simple, well-thought-out routine with a few carefully selected products.

Can I use your products if I am planning to become pregnant?

Yes, many people use supplements as part of their daily routines when planning a pregnancy.

It is important to:

  • always follow the dosage instructions on the can
  • read the table of contents carefully
  • Consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure, have an illness, are on medication or are already taking other dietary supplements.
What time of day should I take your products?

This is stated on each product.

But in general one can say:

  • with meal, unless otherwise stated
  • at the same time every day to make it easier to remember
Do your products contain allergens?

Allergens and other ingredients are listed on the can and on the product page.

The allergens we currently have are:

  • omega-3 contains fish
  • Ubiquinol contains soy

If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any substance, it is important to read the ingredients list extra carefully.

Can I use your products before or during IVF?

Many people choose to have a stable diet and supplement routine before IVF.

However, it is important to:

  • follow the clinic's instructions
  • tell the clinic what supplements you are taking
  • do not change doses without first talking to the clinic
Where are your dietary supplements manufactured?

All our dietary supplements are manufactured in Europe.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

Each product follows:

  • EU regulations for dietary supplements
  • requirements for labeling, content and safety
  • internal routines for checks before the products reach the customer.

We work continuously with monitoring of raw materials, suppliers and batches.

How do you avoid unnecessary additives in your products?

We strive for simple formulations with a focus on the substances needed for the capsule to function and be stable. A full list of ingredients is always on the jar and product page, so you can see exactly what is included.

What payment methods do you offer?

The checkout displays the payment methods available for your country.

The most common are:

All payments are handled through established payment partners.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your purchase or find that something has gone wrong, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to help you stop or change it. Once the package has left our warehouse, our normal return/cancellation procedures apply.

Membership & Subscription

What is the difference between being a member and a subscriber?

As a member, you have a free account with us and from time to time receive better shipping terms, all our product news and also interesting newsletters.
As a subscriber, you automatically become a member and also have an active subscription to our products. You also get a 20% discount on all of our kits.

Does it cost anything to be a member?

No, our membership is completely free.

How do I become a member?

You become a member of our service by signing up for our newsletter or by creating a customer account with us.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

Currently, we send all packages with PostNord.

How long is your delivery time?

Normally you will receive your package within 3-7 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. We ship from our warehouse the same day or the day after your order is received.

Holidays, promotional periods and load on shipping companies may affect the time slightly.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard shipping fee is 6,95 euro. If the parcel is over 500 grams in weight (about 9 produts) the shipping fee is 11,95 euro.

Returns & Complaints

Can I cancel or return my purchase?

Yes, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, calculated from the day you received your order.

For dietary supplements, the packaging must be unbroken for the return to be approved for hygiene and health reasons.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at care@fayhepper.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made within 10 business days after we have received and approved the return.

What do I do if it is the wrong product or if it is defective?

If a product is damaged, faulty or otherwise incorrect:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible
  2. Please attach a picture and order number.
  3. We will review the matter and get back with a solution as soon as we can.
