How to become a member

You can become a member in two ways:

  1. Create a customer account
     Click on “Log in” in the menu and select “Create account”. Fill in your details. Once the account is created, you are considered a member.
  2. Subscribe to our newsletter
     Fill in your email address in the newsletter box. When you confirm your subscription, you will become a member.

You don't have to pay anything for the membership and you can end it at any time.

How our subscriptions work – step by step

1. Select product and interval
Choose the supplements you want, such as our basic set with multivitamin, omega-3 extra strong 1000 mg (75% fish oil), Kaneka Ubiquinol 200 mg and probiotics.
Then choose how often you want to receive delivery, e.g. every 30 days.

2. Activate the subscription at checkout
At checkout, choose a subscription instead of a one-time purchase.
You pay with a card or digital wallet that is supported for recurring payments.

3. We ship your products – always with free shipping
Before each period, the amount is automatically deducted and we send your delivery.
You don't have to place a new order every time.

4. Manage your subscription at your convenience
By logging into your account you can:

  • pause next delivery
  • skip a month
  • unsubscribe
  • update your details
