Fay Hepper was created out of a desire to make the journey towards becoming a parent both easier and better for others.

Today, many of us want to become parents later and later - both for the first and the last child - and many of us are therefore faced with the challenge of finding relevant information on how to best optimize our health before pregnancy.

We know how difficult it can be to navigate the jungle of theories, advice and tips, and we therefore want to be your safe guide on the way.

Our history

When we started thinking about having a third child, we were both a little over 40. We knew that age affects both egg and sperm quality more than anything else and decided to make sure we had the best possible chance.

We read everything we could come across – from books based on solid research such as It Starts With the Egg, to forums and Facebook groups where others generously shared their knowledge and experiences.

Step by step, we changed our daily lives by changing and improving our diet, avoiding stress and potentially toxic products, and we both started taking a variety of dietary supplements.

We planned IVF and experienced how complex and emotional a fertility journey can be. That experience has shaped how we view fertility today and is the foundation for how we develop Fay Hepper and our products.

All these cans & capsules...

Suddenly, the entire kitchen counter was flooded with various jars of dietary supplements: extra-strong vitamin D, B vitamins, folic acid, ubiquinol, probiotics, omega-3, antioxidants, various minerals – and also a prenatal vitamin/multivitamin where the dose was three capsules per day. All together, it came to 16 capsules per day. It was expensive, complicated and hard to remember.

The frustration of constantly having to order new products and having to cycle to Hemköp to pick up packages grew, while it felt impossible to find a multivitamin that contained the levels and combinations we actually saw a need for.

We therefore decided to gather the most important things into a few, well-thought-out products. Today, we can take most of what is in a multivitamin and only supplement with a few key products, such as omega-3, ubiquinol and probiotics.

It should be easy.

For us, it was important that, during such an important period in life, you should be able to focus on yourself – without having to spend all your energy reading up on everything, choosing products, interpreting ingredient lists and comparing different prenatal vitamins to see what needs to be supplemented.

Offering everything as a ready-made kit and as a subscription delivered directly to your mailbox was a no-brainer. It makes it easier to maintain a stable routine – and significantly more affordable than buying each product separately.

We simply want to make it possible to use fewer products with simple, convenient routines. So that you and all of us can focus on what is actually most important.

Quality & Content

We develop our products together with experienced manufacturers in Europe. This involves strict procedures, analysis of raw materials and clear limits for what levels are reasonable in everyday life. Each product has a clear purpose in the whole and is designed to complement each other in an optimal way.

We naturally adhere to the EU regulations for dietary supplements and only use approved health claims. This means that we prefer to err on the side of caution rather than overpromise. We want you to feel confident about every ingredient – and that the composition we have provides the most balanced support possible.

We who founded Fay Hepper

Fay Hepper grew out of our own journey, but also from collaborations with manufacturers, advisors and experts. We who are behind the brand have for several years immersed ourselves in lifestyle, nutrition and fertility, and we surround ourselves with knowledgeable partners when developing new products.

We are a small player with great respect for the situation our customers find themselves in, because we are there ourselves. When we develop products, we think about our own kitchen counters, our own questions to doctors and our own late-night Google searches. This is not a side project. It is something that affects our everyday lives and our lives, and we bring that experience with us into every product we launch.
