Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we are here to help.

We offer:

  • 30-day returns: Applies to unopened products in their original packaging.

  • 14-day right of withdrawal (EU): You can cancel your purchase without a specific reason within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Contact us first: Email care@fayhepper.com and we will guide you.

How to make a return (must be within 30 days)

  1. Email care@fayhepper.com with your order number and which products you wish to return.

  2. Once we have approved the return, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Pack the products well. They must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  4. Drop off the package according to the instructions.

Damaged package or incorrect product?

Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If something is damaged or if you received the wrong product – email us at care@fayhepper.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible (please include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product).

Exchanges

Do you want to exchange a product?

The easiest way to exchange a product is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have, and

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Tip: If you paid via Klarna invoice, you can place a new order and pause the invoice in the Klarna app while the return is being processed.

14-day Right of Withdrawal

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package – without providing a reason. To use your right of withdrawal: email care@fayhepper.com, and do not forget to include your order number. Just like with standard returns, the items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will contact you. Approved refunds (minus the return shipping fee) are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to show the amount on your account.

Has it been more than 15 business days since we approved the return, but you still haven't received the money? Email us at care@fayhepper.com and we will check it immediately.
