Terms & Conditions – Fay Hepper

These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer purchase from the online shop fayhepper.com, operated by Wii Pure AB, org. no. 559509-1165, VAT no. SE559509116501. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering An order is binding only when we have sent an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example, due to incorrect information or if the product is out of stock.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are stated in Euro (€) including VAT. Shipping costs may apply and are displayed at checkout. Payment is made via the payment options we offer (e.g., Klarna or Card). By completing a purchase, you certify that you have the right to use the chosen payment method.

4. Delivery We ship our products via PostNord. Standard delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days. Delays may occur, and we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, calculated from the day you received your order. For supplements, the packaging must be unbroken (sealed) for the return to be approved due to hygiene and health reasons.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at care@fayhepper.com. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we have received and approved the return.

6. Claims and Complaints If an item is defective or incorrect, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Contact care@fayhepper.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the defect. Approved claims will be compensated with a new product or a refund.

7. Products and Information We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may differ between screens. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult a doctor if you are uncertain, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical treatment.

8. Liability We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to what is required by mandatory consumer legislation.

9. Personal Data When you shop with us, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The latest version is always available on our website.

11. Disputes In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes can also be resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Swedish law applies.
